Merchant Gateways: Transactions are coordinated via secure, industry-leading merchant gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, and authorized credit card terminals.
Data Security: Banking details are never stored or monitored on our servers. Sensitive data is directly encrypted via PCI-DSS standard network protocols.
Currencies & Settlement: Product pricing is officially pinned to US Dollars (USD). While the regional currency toggle offers estimates, checkout is processed under our designated base currency protocols.

72-Hour Grace Period: Buyers retain the right to cancel a pre-order within 72 hours of order placement to receive a 100% full refund of their deposit by emailing Team@aotgk.com.
Non-Refundable Status After 72 Hours: After 72 hours, the deposit is remitted to the studio to lock in materials and production slots. Consequently, deposits become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Consolidated Invoice: Upon completion of production, a final invoice detailing the Remaining Balance + International Freight will be issued.
30-Day Payment Timeline: Buyers have 30 days to settle the remaining invoice. Unpaid or abandoned orders after 30 days will result in slot forfeiture and deposit loss.

Baseline Product Cost: Selecting Full Payment covers the baseline product cost upfront.
Shipping Fee Clarification: Full Payment does NOT include international shipping. Freight costs will be billed separately once packaging dimensions are finalized at our warehouse.

Address Amendments: Shipping addresses can be updated anytime prior to final shipping billing via your account dashboard or support.

Return Limits: We do not accept standard open-box returns, post-delivery cancellations, or buyer-remorse refunds due to fragile resin statue shipping vulnerabilities.
Severe Damage Claims: Severe damage or missing major parts must be reported to Team@aotgk.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims require unedited, high-definition unboxing photos/videos.
Unauthorised Chargebacks: Filing unverified chargebacks violates terms, leading to immediate account suspension and submission of signed agreements to financial institutions.
