1. Shipping Fees & Delivery Calculations
The product prices listed on AotGk do not include shipping fees. International shipping fees for premium GK statues are calculated based on both the actual weight and the volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height) of the finalized parcel, as dictated by carrier regulations. Generally, larger packaging dimensions result in higher billable weight and increased shipping costs. Shipping standards and rates can also vary significantly between different destination countries.
Note 1 (Rate Fluctuations & Payment Windows): Shipping fees are strictly billed based on the official international rates provided by carriers on the exact day your cargo arrives at our warehouse. Normally, carrier rates remain relatively stable within a 7-15 day window. Buyers are required to clear their consolidated shipping and balance invoices within the strict 30-day timeline specified in our Payment & Refund Policy. If a client fails to clear their invoice within this 30-day window, the pre-order allocation will be subject to forfeiture. In cases where custom arrangements are mutually agreed upon to delay dispatch beyond this window, any additional costs arising from seasonal global carrier rate fluctuations will be borne solely by the customer.

Note 3 (Pre-Order Deposit & 72-Hour Grace Period): All initial product reservations are tied to our multi-tiered reservation model. While shipping fees are invoiced later upon warehouse arrival, your baseline deposit is fully protected by our unique 72-hour cancellation grace period. 2. Available Shipping Methods
✈️ Express Shipping (UPS / DHL / FedEx / EMS / SF Express)
- Delivery Time: 6 – 10 business days.
- Features: Delivers to almost any global address. This is the fastest yet most expensive shipping option.
- Customs: The recipient must handle customs clearance and pay import taxes/duties independently. It is highly recommended for customers who need their items urgently and are fully capable of handling local customs and tax procedures.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING: For all express courier methods, customs clearance and tax payments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities usually notify recipients via email or SMS once the package arrives in the destination country. If the recipient fails to clear customs or pay taxes in a timely manner, resulting in the package being abandoned, destroyed, or returned by customs, the recipient will bear all consequences, including return shipping fees and re-shipping costs.
