1. What Is GK and What Other Product Types Do We Offer?

• ✅ GK (Garage Kits / Resin Statues): GK refers to premium, limited-edition sculptures usually made of high-grade resin or polystone. Resin perfectly presents fine skin textures and sharp details, making these statues the ultimate preference for serious collectors.
• ✅ Action Figures: Articulated collectible toys with multiple movable joints, allowing them to be posed in dynamic action stances. Typically made of high-quality PVC/plastic, they combine both playability and display value.
• ✅ Licensed Statues: Officially authorized resin or polystone sculptures that faithfully recreate characters from well-known franchises. Meticulously sculpted and painted, they offer high collectible and investment value.
• ✅ Original PVC: PVC figures designed and produced independently by artists or original creative studios. They often feature unique art styles and smaller production quantities.

2. Product Availability Status

To help you make informed decisions, here is a quick overview of the different product statuses on AotGk:

• Early Bird: A special initial phase for brand-new announcements. You can secure a slot with a lower deposit before the studio releases full specifications. Full payment is TBD (To Be Decided) and will update later.
• Pre-order: The product is publicly available for reservation. Secure your piece before the official manufacturing phase ends.
• Pre-order Closed: The reservation window has closed. Some slots might still be orderable by contacting our team for current market pricing.
• Released (In Stock): The product has finished production, arrived at our warehouse, and is ready for immediate international dispatch.
• Abandon Production: The studio has officially cancelled production. In this rare case, deposits are fully refunded.

3. Special Option: Full Payment (Super Sale)

For certain rare, highly sought-after, or long-discontinued statues, once the official pre-order window has closed, it becomes extremely difficult to source them directly from the original studio. To help collectors secure these hard-to-find masterpieces, AotGk leverages our extensive global network to source them through private collectors or display items from premium showrooms. These exclusive items are marked as Full Payment (Super Sale) on our website.

• Product Condition: These items may have been previously unboxed or displayed for showroom presentation but remain in excellent, collectible condition.
• Transparency: We will thoroughly inform the customer of the item’s specific condition and provide an accurate market quote before shipment. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, our professional team will inspect it and provide detailed photos for your confirmation whenever possible.

4. Timeline & Delivery Stages

• Production Cycle: After pre-orders close, the studio begins manufacturing. This typically takes 3 to 6 months depending entirely on the studio’s production progress.
• Arrival Notice: Once production is complete, it takes about 2 weeks for the items to arrive from the studio at our international logistics center.
• International Delivery: The exact time depends on your shipping method. Air freight generally takes 7–15 business days, while ocean/sea freight for oversized statues takes 30–60 business days.

5. How Ordering Works (Step-by-Step)

📦 For Early Bird / Pre-Order Items:

• Browse and select your favorite anime statue.
• Choose either “Deposit” (reserve now, pay balance later) or “Full Payment”.
• Complete the secure checkout via PayPal or Credit Card.
• When the product finishes production and arrives at our main warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, we will inspect the item, take high-definition photos of the product and packaging for your confirmation, and issue an invoice for the remaining balance and freight.
• Complete the payment, and your masterpiece will be securely dispatched.

📦 For Pre-Order Closed / Released Items:

• Browse and select the available statue.
• Select “Full Payment” to secure the stock.
• Complete the secure checkout via PayPal or Credit Card.
• When the item is ready at our Shenzhen warehouse, we will inspect it, provide detailed photos for your peace of mind, and issue an invoice for the final international freight.
• Pay the freight invoice, and your package will be immediately dispatched.

6. Deposit, Balance, and Full Payment

What Does “Deposit” Mean? Paying a deposit secures your allocation at the current price. When the product is nearing completion, we will issue a balance invoice. Balance = Full Payment – Deposit.

What Does “Full Payment” Mean? You pay the entire product price upfront. Please note that freight is not included in the product price and will be calculated and invoiced separately once the package dimensions and final weights are verified at our warehouse.

7. Important Technical Notes & Disclaimers for Statue Products

Resin and polystone statues are high-end, premium collectible display pieces and are inherently intricate and fragile. To ensure you have the best collecting experience, please review these essential industry characteristics before purchasing:

• Fragility & International Transit Risks: While AotGk utilizes heavy-duty reinforced packaging and fully insured shipping, the complex nature of international transit means minor occurrences can sometimes happen. Minor issues such as small parts detaching cleanly, fine fractures, or minor surface scuffs are common in the resin hobby and can usually be easily resolved with a drop of specialized adhesive.
• Handmade Variations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, statue products are fully painted, semi-handmade finished collectibles. Minor variations in paint gradients, slight manual adjustments, or microscopic imperfections are normal characteristics of the studio production process and do not constitute product defects or incorrect shipments.
• Assembly Required: Basic self-assembly is almost always required once your package arrives. Please note that manufacturing studios do not always include printed instructional manuals. If you face any difficulties putting your masterpiece together, please reach out to our team for guidance.
• After-Sales & Replacement Parts: If you receive a statue with severe transit breakage or missing major components, please contact us at Team@aotgk.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear, unedited unboxing videos and photos. We will work wholeheartedly with the studio to request replacement parts. Please note that studio replacement allocations are extremely limited and subject to their production timelines. While AotGk will cover the domestic logistics from the studio to our warehouse, the collector is generally responsible for the international shipping cost of the replacement part to the final destination.

1. General Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Age Mandate: This Platform caters strictly to adult high-end hobby collectors. By creating a profile or checking out, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your country of residence.

Account Security: If you maintain an account on our Website, you are entirely responsible for shielding your private login password. Any transactions, order updates, or data submissions originating from your account credentials will be deemed executed by you.

Data Integrity: You agree to submit highly accurate, updated, and legitimate name, physical delivery address, and contact fields during checkout. AotGk is not liable for delayed communications or lost cargo resulting from invalid or false details provided by the user.

2. General Retail Disclaimer & Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance

Nominative Descriptive Use: AotGk functions as an independent boutique retailer and specialty global procurement coordinator for resin statues, action figures, and hobby collectibles. Unless explicitly detailed on a product page, AotGk is not the original manufacturer, copyright holder, legal entity sponsor, or trademark representative of any third-party character franchises, games, movies, anime series, or comic titles displayed on this site.

IP Preservation: All product images, character names, descriptive references, and logos published on this domain are integrated purely for descriptive and nominative identification purposes to showcase collectible items to our consumers. 3. Order Placement, Modifications, and Forfeiture Policies

Pre-Order & Deposit Systems: Due to the specialized nature of limited-edition resin statues, items often operate on a custom deposit scheme. A paid Deposit secures your production allotment. We provide a unique 72-hour cancellation grace period from the exact timestamp of order placement, during which buyers may request a 100% full refund of their deposit via Team@aotgk.com. Once this 72-hour window expires, deposits are immediately allocated to manufacturing studios to lock raw components and become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to alternative items, unless a project is officially declared abandoned by the production studio.

Price Adjustment Framework: Prices listed on our catalog reflect initial specifications. AotGk reserves the right to adjust transactional quotes for unfulfilled orders if global supply metrics, currency exchange drops, or aftermarket scarcity change significantly. We will always notify consumers clearly before processing updates.

Abandonment Rules: When an item is verified completed by a manufacturing studio, AotGk will dispatch multiple payment notices. Buyers are allotted a strict 30-day window to clear their remaining financial balance and logistics freight invoices. If a buyer fails to clear these within 30 days, the order is formally categorized as abandoned. The customer’s allocation will be fully forfeited, and any previous deposits will be handled according to our standard policy to cover warehousing and studio breach penalties.

4. Financial Processing & Transaction Protection

Gateway Autonomy: Financial processing on our site is managed via encrypted, isolated networks provided by reputable institutions (including PayPal, Stripe, and linked payment partners). AotGk does not capture, store, or view your real-time bank details or card numbers.

Fraud Safeguards: To block digital fraud and illegal chargeback behavior, we reserve the right to flag, pause, or unconditionally terminate any transactions that exhibit high risk, invalid geographical billing data, or unverified card usage.

5. Logistical Boundaries & Customs Clearances

Freight Exclusions: Unless noted otherwise on the checkout screen, pricing fields on our storefront represent product costs only and exclude international logistics fees. Freight is calculated separately once your item hits our center and its precise physical dimensions are logged.

Customs Duty Commitments: For standard shipping courier methods (including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and EMS), the importer of record (the consumer) is completely responsible for processing localized customs clearances and paying appropriate regional tariffs or entry taxes. AotGk is not responsible for any package seizures, destructions, or holding penalties arising from user failure to complete customs requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Material Fragility: Resin and polystone sculptures are artistic items and possess natural fragile traits. AotGk is committed to reinforcing shipping crates, but minor transit disruptions (such as tiny component detachments) do not represent a merchant defect or wrong shipment.

Force Majeure Exclusions: AotGk cannot be held legally or financially liable for shipping delays, production bottlenecks, or order cancellations triggered by events outside our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: structural port shutdowns, international carrier delays, global weather anomalies, trade restrictions, regional manufacturing halts, or pandemic regulations.

Liability Cap: To the highest boundary permitted under regional law, the entire financial liability of AotGk toward a consumer for any legal dispute arising from a transaction will never exceed the total dollar amount paid by the consumer to AotGk for that specific order.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AotGk, its managing directors, corporate officers, and operational agents against any financial losses, legal liabilities, legal fees, or third-party claims emerging from your breach of this Agreement, unauthorized use of our site assets, or violation of any regulatory international consumer laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any separate merchant agreements whereby we provide you retail services shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any formal legal disputes or litigation arising from this Agreement will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Malaysia.

9. Amendments to Terms

AotGk retains full discretion to modify or swap segments of this Agreement at any time. The updated iteration will take absolute legal effect immediately upon being posted on this Website.
